WARREN - Carl R. Hayes, 67, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at his home.
He was born Oct. 5, 1945, in Cincinnati, the son of Mable Douglas Thompson and Carl "Pop" Hayes.
He worked at General Motors and was of the Baptist faith.

He leaves behind his wife, Darlene Hayes; two daughters; a brother, William Thompson of Cincinnati; three sisters, all of Kentucky; two nieces; and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be held at noon Dec. 22 at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home, Cincinnati, where visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
Family and friends also will be received at 926 Southern Blvd. in Warren.
