YOUNGSTOWN -- Testimony is under way in the courtroom of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Lou D'Apolito in the case of a man accused of a murder on the South side in September of 2011.
A jury was selected Friday morning to hear the case against 27-year-old Donovan Miller of Cambridge Avenue. He is accused of killing 22-year-old Quest Wagoner inside an Inverness Avenue home.
Jurors heard opening arguments after lunch and then began hearing testimony, including the first police officer who arrived on the scene.
