RIVALS RAISE FUNDS FOR THE PUBLIC: The Bristol BETA Club will hold the second annual "Rivals for a Cause" at 6 p.m. Friday at Bristol High School. The event includes a spaghetti dinner at $6 per person and a basketball game between Bristol and Southington teams. Tickets are at the door. Those attending are asked to bring a toy for the Warren Family Mission.
HELPING ANIMALS AT THE HOLIDAYS: Adopt an Angel is currently collecting items for local families and animal rescues in need. Anything from nonperishable food items, clothing, cleaning supplies, toiletries, animal related supplies, furniture will be collected.
