HUBBARD -- Mark A. Patrick, 20, of West Middlesex, Pa., was pronounced dead at the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Route 304 in Hubbard.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that Patrick was traveling east near the state line when he drove off the right side of the road around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
