GIRARD 67, HUBBARD 51: HUBBARD - Miranda Boyle lit up Hubbard for 29 points and helped the Indians roll to a nonconference victory.

Girard held a steady lead throughout the game, leading 28-19 at the half, but the Indians really poured it on in the final two quarters. Boyle scored 21 of her points after intermission and hit three of her five 3-pointers. Holly Clark added 10 for Girard.

Melissa Thomas paced Hubbard with 15 points. Emily Manion was next with 14, including two of the Eagles' three 3s.

SOUTHERN 44, McDONALD 32: McDONALD - Kati Histley scored 14 of her game-high 29 points in the fourth quarter as the Indians rolled past the Blue Devils in this Inter-Tri County League, Lower Tier matchup.

Histley was 15 of 16 from the foul line and made 14 of those shots in the fourth quarter for Southern (2-1, 1-0 ITCL Lower).

Alyssa Streb led McDonald (0-5, 0-1) with 11 points.

Monday, the Blue Devils host Lowellville.

LAKEVIEW 75, BEAVER LOCAL 26: CALCUTTA - Allie Pavlik had 13 of her game-high 34 points in the first quarter as the Bulldogs dominated with a 28-6 first-quarter advantage over the host Beavers.

Pavlik also had 10 steals for Lakeview (2-3).

Lizzy Konitsney had 10 points and 18 rebounds for the Bulldogs, while Calli Schmitt added 15 points and 10 boards. Lakeview outrebounded Beaver Local (1-3), 49-35.

Dana Talbott led Beaver Local with seven points.

Monday, Lakeview is at Niles.

HOWLAND 89, CAMPBELL 28: HOWLAND - Gabby Cvengros scored nine of her game-high 25 points in the first quarter and finished with nine rebounds as Howland destroyed Campbell.

The Tigers (3-1) led 38-15 at halftime, then pulled away 51-13 in the final two quarters.

Jordan Entler had 14 points, nine assists and nine steals for Howland, Victoria Rappach scored 11 and Taylor Ginnis put in 10.

Tatyana Neiko and Brittany Williams each had eight points to lead Campbell (0-2).

POLAND 58, LaBRAE 33: POLAND - The Bulldogs led 34-16 at halftime, then put the game away with a 14-2 third quarter, to easily defeat LaBrae.

Rachael Robertson and Aleah Hughes each scored 14 points to lead Poland (4-0). Hughes also had eight rebounds.

Ashlee Stubbs powered LaBrae (3-1) with 18 points and 14 rebounds.

MAPLEWOOD 54, MATHEWS 39: MECCA - Maplewood only led 22-18 at halftime, but the Rockets scored the first eight points of the third quarter to put the game away.

Allison Bell led Maplewood (3-1, 2-0) with 26 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter. Miranda Sloan added seven points.

Natalie Halavick led the Mustangs with 11 points.

GRAND VALLEY 53, BADGER 51: KINSMAN - Grand Valley led 46-35 through three quarters and held on to defeat Badger.

The Braves outscored the Mustangs 16-7 in the fourth but only made 7 of 18 free throws in the final quarter.

Jessica Vormelker led Grand Valley with 29 points and Chris Futty added 13.

Harlee Logan led Badger (1-3) with 17 points and seven rebounds, and Holly Masters and Taylor Kramer each scored 11.

JEFFERSON 65, NILES 23: NILES - Jefferson jumped out to a 36-11 halftime lead and was never threatened.

J. Recker and Busch each scored 16 to lead the Falcons. Far put in 15.

Katrina Harris led Niles with nine points.

SOUTH RANGE 46, JACKSON-MILTON 34: NORTH JACKSON - Jackson-Milton led 14-5 after the first quarter and 23-21 at halftime, but the Blue Jays were outscored 25-11 after that against South Range.

Starla Sharp scored all 10 of her points in the second half and Kendall Syms led the Raiders (2-2, 1-0) with 13 points.

Zaina Sahli and Rebecca Jones scored 10 points each for Jackson-Milton (2-1, 0-1) and Maggie Oblinger added eight points and eight rebounds.

STRUTHERS 73, LIBERTY 25: STRUTHERS - The Wildcats led 42-12 at halftime and cruised to an easy win over Liberty.

McKenna Shives and Aracelli Perez each had 14 points for Struthers (4-0) and Brittaney Zupko put in 12.

Leah Leshnack paced Liberty (2-3) with 11 points.

PYMATUNING VALLEY 69, SOUTHINGTON 48: SOUTHINGTON - Pymatuning Valley took a 44-28 halftime lead and easily defeated Southington.

Kelsea Brown led the Lakers with 21 points. Megan Stech added 11 and Michealia Skleres put in 10.

Shelby Cameron topped the Wildcats with 14 points.
