YOUNGSTOWN - A Mahoning County Common Pleas Court grand jury on Thursday issued a secret indictment charging a man with aggravated murder. The charge also includes a specification that a firearm was used to commit the crime.

The identity of the man, now listed as ''John Doe,'' and specifics of the case will not be released until he is arrested.

Another indictment was against Robert Partridge, 35, who has a Cottage Pines address in Warren and another address in Canton, on charges of kidnapping and abduction.

Anyone who knows where they are is asked to call the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office at 330-740-2730, Greater Youngstown Crime Stoppers at 330-472-CLUE or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
