NEW CASTLE, Pa. A pickup truck struck two children, killing one, in New Castle on Sunday.
A 7-year-old boy is dead, a 9-year-old companion has been flown to Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh, and 66-year-old driver Virgil Coonfare is in jail after his pickup hit the children who were playing on a front lawn.
