Katherine Elizabeth Baxter and Andrew Higgins Haden were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Oct. 20, 2012, at the Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi, in Raleigh, N.C.
The Rev. David McBriar officiated at the ceremony.
Dinner and dancing followed at the same location.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Sara Glee Baxter of Champion. Parents of the groom are Dianne Higgins of Raleigh, N.C., and the late Greg Haden.
Cassandra Baxter attended her sister as maid of honor while Annie Gibson Angelo attended as matron of honor. Angela Reiner attended as bridesmaid. Flower girls were Libby Angelo and Emily Reiner.
Performing the duty of best man for his cousin was Christopher Sharpe. Groomsmen were Jake Marek and Brandon Higgins, cousin of the groom.
The new Mrs. Haden graduated from Champion High School and Bradford College. She is office manager at Rollingview Marina in Durham, N.C.
Mr. Haden graduated from Quaker Valley High School and attended Clarion College and Wake Tech. He is employed by Yardi Systems Inc. as an associate technical account manager.
Following a honeymoon in the mountains of North Carolina and the Biltmore Estate, the couple reside in Raleigh, N.C.
