The engagement and upcoming marriage of Rachel F. Romine and Joshua D. Copenhaver are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Romine of Howland. Parents of the groom-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Copenhaver of Creston.
Miss Romine graduated from Howland High School in 2009 and will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in education from The University of Mount Union.
Mr. Copenhaver graduated from Norwayne High School in 2007. He is a baritone singer for Gloryway Quartet.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held May 18, 2013, at the General Assembly Church of God in Newton Falls. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow at the Hippodrome in Warren.
