BAZETTA - Steven D. Bucklew Sr., 50, of Bazetta, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 28, 1962, in Youngstown, a son of Louise Dodd Bucklew McCullough of Austintown and the late James Bucklew.
He was a member of Pleasant Valley Evangelical Church and was employed as a climber at various tree trimming companies.

Steven enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and playing his guitar. He kept an immaculate yard and garage, and was a very caring and helping person.
Other than his mother, Steven is survived by his wife, Jeanette Wheelock Bucklew, whom he married June 13, 2009, of Bazetta; children, Steven Bucklew Jr.of Boardman, Stevie Bucklew of Girard, Judy Bucklew of Youngstown and Lora Bucklew; five grandchildren; 85 nieces and nephews; and siblings, Hampton "Buck" (Sue) Bucklew of North Carolina, Robert (Joy) Bucklew of Richman, Gary McCullough of Austintown, Larry McCullough of Florida, Diann (Wayne) Smith of Austintown, Carol (Jim) Simpson of Austintown, Becky (Willis) Lawson of Cortland, Shelly (Lorin) Jones of Cleveland and Rachell (John) Hruschak of Fallensbee, W.Va.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Carmella, Sherry, James and Timothy Bucklew, and his stepfather, Roy McCullough.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Meadow Brook Memorial Park.
