WARREN -- Police are questioning a third man in connection with the Sunday morning shooting death of a local man.
Officers did not release the individual's name; however, he was taken into custody this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Reginald Baldwin, 21, of Detroit, was released from Trumbull County Jail this morning. He has not been charged in the shooting, which resulted in the death of Marco Dukes, 32, of Warren.
Prosecutors filed charges of aggravated murder and felonious assault today against Dale A. Hatch, 25, also of Detroit. Hatch is expected to be arraigned Wednesday.
Larry Smith, 29, of Warren, identified by family members as Dukes' cousin, was also shot and is recovering at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Police have been looking for another Warren man also believed to have been wounded in the shootings. It is not clear whether he is the individual being questioned now.
Both Hatch and Baldwin were arrested Sunday shortly after the shootings on Elm Court between Market and High streets.
