POLAND - Margaret "Margie" R. Shaulis, 80, of Poland, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, Nov. 10, 2012.
Margaret was born March 14, 1932, in Beaver Falls, Pa., the daughter of Edward and Mae Stear Schied.
She was a Beaver Falls High School graduate and a homemaker, taking care of her children and grand children.

Margie was a member of Evangel Baptist Church, and she loved to decorate, do crafts, garden, travel, sew, do puzzles and card games. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Her husband, Ross Edward Shaulis, whom she married in 1981, passed away in 2002.
She leaves to cherish her memory two stepsons, James Shaulis and Robert Shaulis; three stepdaughters, Donna Syrkett, Virginia Shaulis and Laurie Velichko; a sister, Donna Abbott; two brothers, Ed Schied and Ron Schied; and eight stepgrandchildren, Serina Syrkett, Steve Syrkett, Lora Velichko, Sara Velichko James Shaulis Jr., Robert Shaulis Jr., Crystal Shaulis and Maryann Shaulis.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Mae Flaherty, and a stepgranddaughter Kelly Shaulis.
Funeral Services will be officiated by Pastor Randy Brunko at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evangel Baptist Church, Boardman. Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evangel Baptist Church.
