WARREN Residents on the 500 and 600 blocks of Commerce Avenue N.W. reported bullets struck their homes Thursday evening.
Neighbors heard approximately 10 gunshots in the apartment complex there.
A bullet shattered a first floor window at 524 Commerce. A bullet penetrated a second floor door and struck furniture at 640 Commerce.
