MASURY - Louis Alvin Johnson Sr., 73, of Linden Avenue, died at 6:31 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren after a brief illness.
Mr. Johnson was born Nov. 11, 1938 in West Middlesex, Pa., the son of John and Edna Allen Johnson.
Mr. Johnson retired from Phillip Steel.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Clark Johnson; six children, Tammy Dwight of Greenville, Pa., Joanna Louk of Youngs-town, William Johnson of Masury, Kenna Louk of Poland, Thomas Johnson of West Middlesex and Russell Johnson of Hubbard; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Sarah Lock of Harrison City, Pa., Margaret Black of Kinston, N.C., Ruth Bewley of Sharon, Pa., Joyce Craig of Hermitage, Pa., and Donna Crosby of Sharon; four brothers, James Johnson of Sharon, Walter Johnson of Hermitage, Thomas Johnson of Mercer, Pa., and Frank Johnson of Mercer.
Louis was preceded in death by a son, Louis A. Johnson Jr., and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at J. Bradley McGonigle Fun-eral Home and Crematory, Inc., Sharon.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until time of the service Wednesday, at the funeral home.
