WINDHAM - Jonathan R. Kolmorgen, 44, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at Wade Park VA Medical Center in Cleveland following a brief illness.
He was born June 11, 1968, in Cleveland, the son of Herbert C. and Anna Robeson Kolmorgen.
Jonathan served in the U.S. Army and was a customer service representative for JAYCO in Middlefield.
Survivors include his mother; a sister, Heidi Moffit of Worthington; and two brothers, Herbert William of Windham and Chris of Wakeman.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 10 at Faith Evangelical Church in Garrettsville.
Arrangements were handled by Russell Funeral Service in Middlefield.
