JAMESTOWN, Pa. - Thomas D. Hines, 58, 2517 Williamsfield Road, died at noon Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at his home. A cause of death is pending.
He was born Jan. 19, 1954, in Greenville, Pa., the son of Floyd and Mable Ogilbee Hines.
Mr. Hines retired from Target as a machinist and was a member of Adamsville Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Karla Wade Hines; his father; two sons, Brandon of Woodstock, Ga., and Adam of Phoenix City, Ala.; daughter, Skye Elaine Gilbert of Albuquerque, N.M.; sister, Leona Moyer of Adamsville, Pa.; a brother, James Hines of Farmdale; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother and twin brother, Terry D. Hines.
There will be a service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Adamsville Presbyterian Church in Adamsville, Pa. Burial will be at Rocky Glen Cemetery.
Randall Funeral Home in Jamestown, Pa., handled the arrangements.
