WARREN - Police plan to meet with the prosecutor today about possible charges following a Monday afternoon standoff on the northeast side of town.
Police received a call about 2:30 p.m. that an employee of Vernon Sales & Rentals, 2300 Youngstown Road S.E., had been shot at numerous times while trying to repossess a television at 146 Kenmore Ave. N.E.
The employee, Martha Doyle, told officers she knocked on the door at the house and was told the TV would not be returned.

Warren police set up a perimeter Monday at a home where three men kept officers at bay for about an hour.
As she backed her van down the driveway, a bullet struck her windshield in the area of her head. She said several other bullets struck the side of her van.
Doyle was not hit by any gunfire or otherwise injured, according to police. It was not immediately known what type of gun was used.
She contacted police and squad cars set up a "loose perimeter" around the residential neighborhood and blocked off Kenmore from East Market to Montclair streets.
A nearby doctor's office was evacuated and a neighborhood school was closed early as a precaution.
Police a few times called to the people in the house over their public address system. When that didn't work, a negotiator was called in. After talking with the negotiator, the three males in the home voluntarily surrendered to police.
Police identified one of the men - Maurice Bryant, 24, 146 Kenmore N.E. - as the suspected shooter. He had not been charged as of late Monday.
In addition to roughly a dozen city officers and detectives, a Trumbull County Sheriff's Office major was at the scene.
In total, the standoff lasted a little more than an hour.
