WARREN - The effects of Hurricane Sandy should start rolling in later today.

According to the National Weather Service out of Cleveland, expect winds out of the north at 20 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent.

For tonight, expect more rain and northwest wind from 31 to 34 mph, gusting up to 55 mph. Again, the chance of precipitation is 100 percent.

The area also is under a flood watch through Tuesday. From 2 to 3 inches of rain are expected.
