LORDSTOWN - Howard L. Brammer, 75, of Lordstown, died at 6:55 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at his home after a short battle with lung cancer.
He was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Urbana, the son of the late Ben and Catherine Brammer.
On Aug. 14, 1958, he married Connie Evilsizor of South Vienna.

He was a semi-truck driver for many years, retiring from Ryder Truck Rental. He loved traveling in his motor home with his wife and two dogs to Tucson, Ariz., to escape the cold winters.
Howard is survived by his wife and four children, Gary Brammer, Sandra (Dave) Watson, Jerry Brammer and Jeff (Tracey) Brammer, all of Lordstown; and four grandchildren, Tiffany and Craig Brammer, Aaron Watson and Sara Leamer.
Other than his parents, Howard was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Tish Marie Watson.
There are no calling hours or services and cremation has taken place.
Donations may be made in his name to the Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44512.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
