The 2012 Make A Difference Day Cornhole Tournament is on the move.
With a high possibility of inclement weather, today's event was moved indoors. The tournament will be held in the small gymnasium of Warren G. Harding High School, 860 Elm Road N.E.
The tournament begins at 9 a.m., with registration open one hour prior. Participants can park in the lower lot and follow the signs to the gym.

"Warren City Schools was very accommodating to allow us to move the event to the high school," Tribune Chronicle special events coordinator Sue Shafer said. "We really appreciate all the help they have given to us."
The competitive singles tournament requires a $50 entry fee; women's singles event, $20 per player; and the long toss, $5 for three cornhole bags, with the prize going to the person who makes the longest throw into the hole.
Winners will collect 50 percent of the total pot for each event.
Proceeds from the tournament go to the Hope Chest Foundation 12 Ways of Christmas program. During the economic recession of 1981, the Tribune Chronicle started the Hope Chest Foundation to ensure that needy families had a happy holiday.
Make A Difference Day is a national day of volunteerism held the fourth Saturday in October and sponsored locally by the Tribune Chronicle and nationally by USA Weekend Magazine.
