The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jessica Kitchens and Robert Grady are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kitchens of Newton Falls. Parents of the groom-elect are Mr. and Mrs. James Grady of Martins Ferry.
Miss Kitchens is pursuing a master's degree in school counseling. She is employed as a second-grade teacher for Clark County School District in Las Vegas.
Mr. Grady earned his master's degree from Walden University in forensic psychology and will pursue a career in that field.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held Sept. 21, 2013, with a reception immediately following at Meadow Ridge Events in Windsor.
