Ed FitzGerald, Cuyahoga County's first executive, will speak at the Regional Chamber's government affairs council lunch Nov. 14 at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center, 7440 South Ave., Boardman.
FitzGerald, 44, will talk about the experiences he's had with county home rule government and the opportunities for economic development. He was elected in 2010.
The event begins at 11:30 a.m. and is open to the public. Cost is $20 for chamber members and non-members.
