PHILADELPHIA - Youngstown State keeps falling in The Sports Network FCS Poll for the third straight week - following the team's third straight loss.
YSU (4-3, 1-3 Missouri Valley Football Conference) lost to Southern Illinois 38-21 at Stambaugh Stadium.
The Penguins dropped from No. 15 last week to No. 22.
Eastern Washington (6-1) remains the top team in the country, while Georgia Southern (6-1) moves to No. 2.
North Dakota State (6-1), Montana State (6-1), Sam Houston State (5-2), Old Dominion (6-1) and Wofford all moved up one spot from last week.
