The engagement and upcoming marriage of Valarie K. Blaney and Craig J. Burton are being announced by the couple.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Timothy and Donna Blaney of Thorndale, Pa. Parents of the groom-elect are Darlene Burton and the late Robert Burton of Girard.
Valarie is a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held Nov. 3, 2012, at Ciminero's Banquet Center in Niles. An adult dinner reception will follow at Ciminero's.
