Falisha N. Phillips and David M. Simeon were married during an outdoor wedding ceremony Sept. 15, 2012, at the couple's residence in Hubbard. Officiating the event was the Rev. Eugene L. Miligi.
A tented reception was held following the ceremony in the couple's backyard.
The bride is the daughter of the late Victor and Holly Phillips, formerly of Orwell.

Parents of the groom are Frank Simeon of Masury and Ruth Simeon, also of Masury.
Lisa Wade attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids include Vicky Phillips, Kathleen Cooper, Laurel Frederick, Yvonne Roth and junior bridesmaid, Alexandra Phillips.
Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Kevin Johnson. Groomsman were Paul Simeon, Lee Simeon, Dan Berecek, Wayne Simeon, and junior groomsman, Ethan Crecraft.
The new Mrs. Simeon is employed at Kennametal Inc., Orwell.
Mr. Simeon owns Westhill Automotive in Masury and West Middlesex, Pa.
Following a honeymoon to Port Clinton, the couple resides in Hubbard.
