CLEVELAND - Edward Louis Code, 61, formerly of Warren, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, in Cleveland.
He was born Nov. 21, 2012, the son of George William Sr. and Jennie Code.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife, Eunice Code; three brothers, Larry, William George and David; three sisters, Hollistenie Stubbs, Janicelynn Manson and Diana Code-Ash; three children, Denise Code, Alesia Code and Edward Oliver; three stepchildren, Maosha Vales, April Butler-Waltonen and Stephen Butler; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday at Wanton-Horne Chapel of Peace, Cleveland. A wake is at 1:30 p.m. Saturday followed by a service at 2 p.m., also at the Wanton-Horne Chapel of Peace.
