AUSTINTOWN - Robert Dean Beach Sr., 81, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at his home of cancer.
Robert was born May 11, 1931, in Youngstown, the son of William and Sophie Williams Beach.
Mr. Beach served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. Bob retired from the General Motors Lordstown plant.

He was a member of Western Reserve United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia A. Williams Beach; five children, Robert D. Beach Jr. of Bazetta, Sandy Beach of Austintown, Randall Beach of Bowling Green, Ky., Wendy Allison of North Jackson and Rodney Beach of Torrance, Calif.; a sister, Carol Hinkson of St. Louis; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Beach was preceded in death by three brothers.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Kinnick Funeral Home, Youngstown, where funeral services with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Committal services will follow at Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
