NEWTON FALLS - Thomas Ferchaw, 50, passed into eternal life on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012.
On June 17, 1962, in New Castle, Pa., Michael Frank and Philomena DeAugustine Ferchaw were blessed with the birth of their son, Thomas.
Thomas married the love of his life, Alma Heinzl on Feb. 15, 1992, and they enjoyed 20 years of marriage together.

Thomas had lived in Newton Falls for 15 years working as a plant manager for Tremco in Cleveland for six years.
He was a member of First Congregational Church in Newton Falls, where he was very active and served as a moderator. Thomas enjoyed sports and was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. He loved hunting, fishing and most of all spending time with his family.
Memories of Thomas will be carried on by his loving family, his wife, Alma of Newton Falls; his daughters, Samantha (fiance Michael Hogue) Ferchaw of Euclid and Rebecca Ferchaw of Newton Falls; his brothers Dr. Michael (Rebecca) Ferchaw III of Painted Post, N.Y., Eric (Mary) Ferchaw of Plum, Pa., and Robert (Marianne) of New Castle, Pa., many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Sissy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Philomena Ferchaw.
Calling hours will be held at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral services will be at First Congregational Church in Newton Falls at 11 a.m. Wednesday, where there will be calling hours one hour prior to service time. The Rev. Eric Bing will be officiating.
