Jim and Barbara Hash of Newton Falls celebrated their 50th anniversary Oct. 6, 2012.
Mr. Hash and the former Barbara Petro were married Oct. 6, 1962.
They have three children, Holly Hash and Andrea Peaco, both of Newton Falls, and Jay Hash of Canfield. They also have five grandchildren.

Mrs. Hash retired as a beautician. Mr. Hash retired from General Motors. They are members of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
