PAINESVILLE - Mary Magdalene Braden Thrasher, 93, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Mentor Way Rehabilitation Center in Painesville.
She was born March 9, 1919, in Gustavus, the daughter of David W. and Edith Hobart Braden.
Mary was a teacher with Painesville Local Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raph C. "Tom" Thrasher, six brothers and three sisters.
There will be a celebration of Mary's life at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Welshfield Inn in Burton.
Arrangements were handled by Johnson Funeral Home in Painesville.
