KINSMAN - Dennis G. Benton, 58, died unexpectedly on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital, Andover.
He was born March 21, 1954, the son of Jack E. and Shelly Fassett Benton.
Dennis was married to Katherine Kiss Benton on May 25, 2006.

He was employed at Kennamental for the past 40 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and especially enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Katherine; children, Dennis (Brandy) Benton, David (Kim) Benton, Cathy Benton, David (Becky) Pearce and Jenn Pearce; mother, Shelly Benton; siblings, Thomas, Jeff and Rex Benton; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Benton.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, followed by a brief prayer service at 7 p.m. at the Paine-Guerriero Funeral Home, 140 E. Main St., Orwell.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contribution in care of Katherine Benton to be donated to Dennis' favorite organizations.
