Jennifer Diane Freer and Matthew David Majewski were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Sept. 30, 2011, at The Cathedral of St. Paul in Erie, Pa. The Rev. Shawn Clerkin officiated.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Bel-Aire Hotel and Conference Center in Erie.
The bride is the daughter of Darrell and Sharon Freer of Warren. Parents of the groom are Mary Ellen and Ted Burkett of Erie.

Natalie Baldauff and Sonja Swiatkiewicz shared the duties of matron of honor for the bride. Bridesmaids were Brystal Freer, Kathryn Majewski and Sarah Porath.
Performing the duties of best man for the groom was J.R. Murray. Groomsmen were Todd Bishop, Stephen Majewski, Shawn Freer and Steven Freer.
The new Mrs. Majewski received a bachelor of science degree in 2001 from Grove City College and a master of science degree in physician assistant studies in 2003 from Arcadia University. She is employed as assistant professor in the physicians assistant department at Gannon University, Erie.
Mr. Majewski graduated from Penn State University Erie - The Behrand College in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree in business and liberal arts. He is employed as a letter carrier for the U.S. Post Office, Erie.
Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple resides in Erie.
