NILES - Alaina Marie Phillips, 32, passed away Tuesday evening, Sept. 25, 2012.
She was born Dec. 6, 1979, in Warren, the daughter of Allen James and Mary Dee Swindler Phillips, and lived in this community all her life.
She attended Niles City Schools, enjoyed playing softball, reading, listening to rap music and watching wrestling on television.

Alaina Marie is survived by her mother, Mary Dee Phillips, with whom she made her home; a daughter, Destiny; a son, Luke; companion, Chuck Lewis of Niles; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father, Allen, who died March 26, 2011.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
