HOWLAND - Thomas M. Milligan, 82, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at his home.
He was born July 4, 1930, in Girard, the son of Edward and Catherine Sullivan Milligan.
Mr. Milligan retired from McDonald U.S. Steel.

Survivors include his children, Thomas Milligan Jr. of Ravenna, Joyce Bisker of Niles, Nancy Guerini of Howland, Laura Baragona-Michael of Howland, Dorothy Fulmer of Alabama and Bradley Milligan of Columbus; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, a brother and a sister.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel where services will be held at noon Wednesday.
Burial will take place at Kerr Cemetery.
