The engagement and upcoming marriage of Monica A. Belmaggio and James K. Groves are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Tullio and Chris Belmaggio of Warren. Parents of the groom-elect are Lewis and Mary Groves, also of Warren.
Miss Belmaggio is employed as a fraud investigator at JPMorgan and Chase Bank, Warren.
Mr. Groves is employed as general manager for a restaurant in Ashtabula.
