Pamela Hecker of Howland and Andrew Pirlozzi of Hubbard are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of William and Marian Hecker of Kinsman. Parents of the groom-elect are Philip and Rosalie Pirlozzi of Masury.
Miss Hecker graduated from Youngstown State University and Westminster College and is employed in the Joseph Badger Local School District.

Mr. Pirlozzi is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute. He is employed by JMC Steel Group, Wheatland Tube Division.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held on June 15, 2013, at Howland Community Church in Howland with a reception to follow at Vernon's in Niles.
