JEFFERSON - Virginia E. Gill, 101, died at 3:10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at the Jefferson Health Care Center following a brief illness.
Virginia was born Aug. 19, 1911, in Kinsman, the daughter of Henry and Nina Baker Giddings.
She had worked at Orwell Telephone Co. and attended Methodist Church in Orwell.
Survivors include her daughters, Carol A. Farris of New Lyme and Mary E. Gill of Warren; a granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.
Her husband, George R. Gill, and two brothers preceded her in death.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Brownwood Cemetery Chapel, North Bloomfield. Burial will follow in Brownwood Cemetery, North Bloomfield.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
