The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jessica Nacole Padilla of Charlotte, N.C., and Justin Williams are being announced by the groom-elect's parents, Steve and Corby Golias of Cortland. The bride-elect is the daughter of Karen Pugh of Navarre, Fla.
Miss Padilla is an employee of Interstate Services of America out of Palm Springs, Calif.
Mr. Williams graduated from Lakeview High School in 2000 and received his degree from Kent State in business management technology. He is employed by Saussy Burbank of Charleston, S.C.
