AURORA - Dorothy P. Miller, 87, formerly of Windham, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, in Independence Village in Aurora.
She was born July 2, 1925, in Clarksburg, W.Va., the daughter of Harold and Cora Daugherty Dixon.
She was a member of the Windham Congregational Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Sharon Ritchey of Troy, Joyce Shaffer and Linda Wilms of Champion, Janice Neiss of Freedom and Patty Pitsinger of Mantua; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Clifford Ball of Warren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hale Miller; and a sister.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Friends may call an hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Drakesburg Cemetery.
