Kristina Mines and Jeffrey Rukas exchanged marriage vows before the Rev. William Siple during a wedding ceremony held April 28, 2012, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Natrona Heights, Pa.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pa.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Mary Mines of Vienna. Parents of the groom are Ronald and JoJean Rukas of Sarver, Pa.

Jennifer Summers attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Rossey, Jamie Zampogna, Jillian Smith, Brittany Wolf and Erica Neubert. Allison Domen, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Joseph Rukas. Groomsmen were Nick Rossey, Ron Zampogna, Matt MacKenzie, Johnny Kuruc and Bill Miller. Vinnie Zampogna, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.
The new Mrs. Rukas graduated from Duquesne University with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She is a pharmacy manager for Target in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Rukas graduated from Duquesne also, with a bachelor of science degree, and from Point Park University with a master's in business administration. He is employed at Blackburn's Medical Supply in Tarentum, Pa.
