BAZETTA - The Glenn Christian Foundation Church's 17th annual ox roast, car, truck and motorcycle show will take place from Friday to Sunday at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds, 899 Everett Hull Road.
The Labor Day weekend event is free with rides, food, entertainment and camping.
Events are scheduled from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday.
Events include:
Friday - Car cruise 5 to 10 p.m. with free registration from 5 to 7 p.m., bonfire, hayride, DJ Crazy Dave, free hot dogs, roasted corn on the cob and top 10 trophies at 9 p.m.
Saturday - Car and motorcycle show 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., free car registration 9 a.m. to noon, DJ Big Rick, music with First Degree Band noon to 2:30 p.m., Pipe Dreams 7 to 9 p.m, top 30 car trophies, 50 motorcycle trophies awarded at 4:30 p.m., bonfire, hayride.
Sunday - Open air worship at the grandstands 10:30 a.m., Red Cross bloodmobile 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., free roast beef sandwiches, motorcycle fun run 12:30 to 3 p.m., children's activities, DJ Keen Gene, Sky Pilot noon to 2:30 p.m., trophies 5 p.m., demolition derby 7 p.m., grandstand and fireworks at dark. Other activities include Diz Dean's Model Mania, antique tractors, clowns and Western Reserve Modular Railroad.
The demolition derby show is scheduled and promoted by the Trumbull County Fair Board. Tickets are available one hour prior at the grandstands.
