WARREN - Evelyn E. Kelly Collett, 91, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
She was born Dec. 27, 1920, in Wexford Township, Mich., the daughter of the late Floyd Zeigler and the late Mabel E. Canute Zeigler.
She graduated from Troy High School and enjoyed going to the class reunions.

She worked for Packard Electric for 17 years until her retirement in 1980.
She was a longtime member of Southington Christian Church.
Evelyn enjoyed golfing, camping with her husband, and was in a card club for more than 50 years. She was a great cook who was known for her homemade pies, doughnuts and pizzas. She was skilled in crocheting, often making her family beautiful afghans.
She is survived by her children, Joyce (Clifford) Spangler of Jefferson, June A. (Roy) Johnson of Concord, Calif., Terry (Roberta) Kelly of Southington and Randy (Tina) Kelly of Cardington; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; 10 nieces and nephews; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Chalker of Parkman, Phil Kelly of California and Hazel Hunt of Ohio.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Alexander Kelly, whom she married April 7, 1948, and who passed away Sept. 19, 1989; her second husband, Albert J. Collett, whom she married Feb. 20, 1999, and who preceded her in 2005; and her siblings, Marion Shine, Faye Chilkowski, Fern Green and Phillip Zeigler.
Services will be held at noon Monday at Southington Christian Church, where Pastor Randall A. Riley will officiate. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the church.
Interment will be in Southington Reformed Cemetery.
The family requests that material contributions be made to Southington Christian Church, 3285 state Route 534, Southington, OH 44470, in her memory.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
