The engagement and upcoming marriage of Rachel A. Mosca and Todd J. Balduf are being announced by the bride elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mosca of Niles.
Parents of the groom-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Balduf of Dublin, Ohio.
Miss Mosca graduated from Ohio University in June 2006 with a bachelor's degree in human resource management and pre-law. She is currently employed as a talent acquisition recruiter with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. in Columbus.

Mr. Balduf graduated from Kent State University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in business marketing. He is currently employed as a surgical specialist with Zimmer Carolinas.
The couple will be married during a ceremony on Sept. 8, 2012, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles. A reception will follow at Avalon Inn and Country Club in Hermitage, Pa.
