WARREN - Shawn Renee Boggs, 51, transitioned from time to eternity Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Shawn was born May 31, 1961, the daughter of Wilbur L. Sr. and Edna Hall Boggs.
A lifelong resident of Warren, she was a 1979 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a graduate of Xavier University and the University of Phoenix. She was employed as a customer service representative at GE Capital, retiring in 2009. Shawn was a member of Second Baptist Church and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

Shawn leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy her mother, Mrs. Edna H. Boggs of Warren; six brothers, Jerry (Delores) Hall of Los Angeles, Calif., Wilbur L. (Palmer) Boggs Jr. and Dwight H. Boggs, both of Warren, Tommy W. (Frenchie) Boggs Sr. of Lordstown, Cecil S. (Mary) Boggs of Clarkston, Ga. and Dwayne H. (Barbara) Boggs of Summerville, S.C.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur Lockhart Boggs Sr.; and grandparents, Cecil and Willie Ann Boggs and Gus Emma Hall.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Second Baptist Church. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. prior to the service at Second Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends at 1417 Kensington Ave. S.E., Warren, following the service. Interment will be in Marlinton, W.Va.
