RIBBON CUTTING SET FOR TRAIL: Trumbull County MetroParks, in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Watercraft, and local county, city and township officials, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Friday for the Mahoning River Water Trail.
The ceremony will take place at Thomas A. Swift MetroPark, 870 Benedict Leavittsburg Road, Braceville.
COUPON GUY TO SPEAK AT MEETING: The "Coupon Guy," who has been featured at various community venues, will be the guest speaker at 7 p.m. today at the Vienna Neighborhood Watch meeting to be held at the township hall. The program will include ways to save money by using coupons.
CLASS TO MEET: The Cortland High School Class of 1961 will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Perkins Restaurant, Elm Road, Warren.
