Amy Renae DeSonie and Jonathan Adam Reid were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held April 14, 2012, at the Central United Methodist Church in Richmond, Ind. Eldon Harzman officiated the late afternoon ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Derek and Diane DeSonie of Richmond, Ind. Parents of the groom are Duncan and Linda Reid of Cortland.
The bride's attendants included matron of honor Rachel DeSonie, sister-in-law of the bride Ann Lobdell, Terah Legg, and Sarah Khoury, cousin of the groom. Flower girl was Korah Legg and ring bearer was Ethan DeSonie, nephew of the bride.

Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Jacob Reid. Groomsmen included Jon Norton and Zach Noeth.
A cocktail and dinner reception was held at the 4th Floor Blues Club in Richmond, Ind.
The new Mrs. Reid is a 2001 graduate of Richmond High School and graduated in 2006 from Purdue University. She is an electrical engineer at John Deere in Moline, Ill.
Mr. Reid is a 2003 graduate of Lakeview High School and graduated in 2008 from The Ohio State University. He is a welding engineer at John Deere in Moline, Ill.
Following a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple resides in Davenport, Iowa.
