WARREN - Authorities were looking for a Vienna man who is wanted for violating terms of the bond he posted in April when he was indicted on accusations that he sent lewd pictures of himself to a minor female family member.

Donald Beck, 70, was ordered by Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge John M. Stuard to have no contact with the teenage victim in the case or her immediate family.

But according to a motion to revoke Beck's $10,000 bond filed Wednesday afternoon, Beck has had repeated contact with the family and has been seen driving by the family's Girard home, along with calling the house on at least one occasion.

Assistant county prosecutor Gabe Wildman, who filed the motion to revoke bond, said he couldn't comment on Beck's pending case other than he is scheduled for a pretrial Aug. 16 before Stuard.

''But with this new potential evidence, it involves protecting the community,'' Wildman said.

''The safety of the community is of utmost importance,'' Wildman wrote in his motion that was granted late Wednesday afternoon by Judge Andrew Logan.

Wildman also supplied Logan with police reports out of Girard that documented Beck calling the Girard home of the victim in the original case on Tuesday. The victim's mother also said she answered a call from a man identifying himself as Donald. She immediately called Girard police.

On July 24, Beck was charged with disorderly conduct by Mill Creek Park police, who said Beck left a sexually explicit note on the car of two women who were at the park.

The females took a picture of Beck when he drove by and asked them to call him at the same number left Tuesday at the Girard home.

And on Monday, Hubbard police said they stopped Beck for following a female around in his car. Officers said when they approached Beck's car, he was found with a pocketknife, his pants down and his fly unzipped.

Wildman said Hubbard police were preparing charges of menacing and carrying a concealed weapon.
