HOWLAND - Florence I. Curtis, 96, died at 5:07 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012, at her home.
She was born Oct. 6, 1915, in Warren, the daughter of Carroll C. and Pearl Estella Ebert Everitt.
Florence was a homemaker and a member of St. James Catholic Church (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish) in Warren.

She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Dellinger of Niles and Teresa Rexroad of Howland; one son, Ronald N. Curtis of Wetmore, Mich.; one sister, Margaret Wolf of Niles; nine grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George V. Curtis; a great-granddaughter; a sister; and two brothers.
Per Florence's wishes, there will be no calling hours, and cremation was held. Graveside services will be held at a later date at All Souls Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel.
