WARREN - Mamie J. Gough, 89, died Thursday, July 26, 2012.
She was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Cleveland, the daughter of the late Nick and Sophie Soltis.
Mamie was a member of St. William Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking.

Survivors include her two sons, Ronald (Mary Jane) Heikkila and Martin (Catherine) Heikkila, both of Southington; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Steve (Marjorie) Soltis of Middlefield, Jim (Ann Marie) Soltis of Parkman and Edward (Lee) Soltis of Greenville, Pa.; and one sister, Jean (Harold) Sprinkle of Bristolville.
Mamie married Edward James Gough on Oct. 26, 1946. He preceded her in death on Sept. 16, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her two siblings, Carl Soltis and Sophie Peterson.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. William Catholic Church, where the Rev. Michael D. Balash will celebrate Mamie's life. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the Mass at church.
Interment will be in Overlook Cemetery in Parkman.
