Robert and Deborah Han of Iron River, Mich., are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Maria Ann Han, to Brian Walker Shroder, son of Robert and Kathryn Shroder of Warren.
Miss Han graduated from Miami University, Ohio, and from the Yale School of Medicine. She is employed as a resident physician at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
A 2002 graduate of Howland High School, Mr. Shroder also graduated from Miami University, and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is employed as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
